We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect - close to shops and restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly and gave us helpful travel advice. The facilities were clean, and the hotel provided free bicycles for us to explore the city.
Could not be improved in any way.

The owner was nice and enthusiastic, offering advice on places to see and things to do. The free coffee was a good perk. The location was convenient to get around from, and free bikes were available.
The room was outdated and the TV was in poor condition. The image was bad even after the fix.

The owner's helpful advice and personable nature, excellent location, immediate response to maintenance issues, complete toiletries, clean and comfortable room, complimentary goodies.

The owner of the hotel was very helpful, giving us tips on where to explore in the city. the free bicycles were a definite plus, allowing us to easily navigate the area. the location of the hotel was great, within walking distance to many shops and restaurants.
Our room was quite outdated and the TV had a bad image. Although the staff attempted to fix it, it was still not satisfactory.

The hotel's location is great, as it is close to a variety of shops and restaurants. the owner of the hotel is very friendly and offered us advice on where to travel. the room was clean and comfortable, with complete toiletries and a comfortable bed. the hotel also offers an elevator, bicycles to use, and provides free coffee and goodies in the entry.
The bathroom had some issues with the water pipes, but they were fixed immediately upon mentioning this to the owner.
